This is actually almost, I mean brush strokes away ,from being done .
I painted her in acrylic on an old beat up mandolin that we've had lying around the house for years.

WOW. You know, i never thought about trying this. I play the mandolin and have an old beginners one that i started with. so i guess i would sand it first.....
